RACE DAY is just around the corner and it's time to get ready! Mark your calendar for this year's Packet Pickup days, where raft participants will receive:
• 2024 Official Raft Race T-Shirt
• Participant Wristbands
• Maps & Trailer Parking Passes
• Wave Information
Remember - all waivers need to be turned in for your whole team at packet pick up. More about that in our FAQ's below. Raft Race volunteers and staff will also be on hand to answer any questions you have!
Important FAQs for Packet Pick-up
Who needs to sign a waiver?
All raft race participants must sign a copy of this waiver and turn it in at packet pick-up.
Can I pick up-up packets for my whole team?
YES, but ONLY if your whole team has given you a signed copy of this waiver.Print as many copies as you need, get your signatures, and head to packet pick-up. Packets will be administered to each registration listed.
Does each member of my team need to sign their own waiver?
YES, this is the only way we can ensure fun on the water stays safe and legal. No, you can't have your wife or dog sign for you...
What if I can't make packet pick-up?
We hope somebody on your team can, but, if nobody is available, e-mail us at info@tulsaraftrace.com to see what we can do.
Why are we having a packet pick-up?
This event only happens because of the support of rockstar volunteers. Coordinating 1,000 participants is made much easier on them when packet pick-up is done in advance. Help us make it go even smoother by printing your waiver in advance and having it ready to go!
Raft Rental Zone
Don’t have time to make a raft? Afraid it may not float? All American Floats Tahlequah Raft Rentals has you covered! Thanks to our partners up the river, a limited number of inflatable rafts for teams of six or fewer, including lifejackets and paddles, will be available on-site at the launch site in Sand Springs. To reserve your raft if you are already registered, reach out to our team at info@tulsaraftrace.com. Registration is now online for new racers looking to join the fun on an inflatable.
